Shrimp Udon

Now Playing Shrimp Udon Recipe From Sheila Inman 3 Oz Shrimp Ginger to taste 1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Stock 1/3 Cup Scallions 1/2 Cup Mushrooms Bokchoy to taste 1 Tbsp Sesame Seed Oil 1 Cup Udon Noodle Hi, Angels Working On Earth Family! So simple to make. I am definitely a fan of pasta. I love the Udon noodles for their texture. Adding shrimp to the dish is a no-brainer especially if you are a fan of seafood. The Bokchoy and the scallions together are the bomb! Preparation: Prepare Udon according to package directions. Stir fry bok choy, scallions, ginger, and mushrooms on high heat in the pan for 2-3 minutes. Then, add shrimps and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Add vegetable stock to stir fry and let simmer till done Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Once done, put the pasta into in bowl—then spoon soup over the noodles. Garnish with green scallions and sprouts. Enjoy!

Lemon Salmon With Parmesan Noodles

Now Playing Lemon Salmon With Parmesan Noodles Recipe From Sheila Inman 1 3oz Salmon Olive Oil 1 Cup Broccoli 1 Slice Lemon Tea Rub to taste 3/4 Cup Pasta 1/4 Cup Cream 1/4 Grated Parmesan 1 piece Butter Hi, Angels Working on Earth Family, I love salmon so much. It’s my go-to dish! I paired it with broccoli and alfredo-styled pasta because I wanted healthy and flavor at the same time. Parmesan is cheesy yet light! Directions: Add olive oil to taste, and let the oil heat to medium temperature. Coat salmon with tea rub. Place salmon in pan and sear each side for about 3 minutes or until cooked. Steam a cup of broccoli to taste. Cook pasta according to the directions on the box. Once done, put the pasta into a pan—set the temperature to low heat. Add 1/4 cup cream, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, and favorite seasonings to taste. Then, stir till combined. Squeeze lemon juice on salmon to taste. Plate pasta and broccoli. Top with salmon. Garnish with lemon. Enjoy!

Tea Spiced Wings

Now Playing Tea Spiced Wings Recipe From Sheila Inman of AWE-Health Styles 3 Oz Chicken Wings Earl Grey Spice Rub to taste 1 Cup Tomatoes 1 Sprig Cilantro 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk 1/2 Cup Red Cabbage 1/2 Cup Spring Lettuce Honey to taste Blue Cheese dressing to taste Hi, Angels Working On Earth Family, The best part of this meal was the crispiness of the chicken and the flavoring of the tea spices. The spices added a distinct flavor! love! Preparation: Let chicken wings marinate for 2 hours. Marinate: tomatoes, coconut, olive oil, honey, and cilantro. Place marinated chicken about 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Set oven to 375 and bake the chicken for 20-30 minutes. Place chicken on a bed of red cabbage and greens of your choice. Dip in blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!

Banana Chia Pudding

  Ingredients I Cup of Milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 ripe banana, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and add chocolate chips to taste.  Directions Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl. Then, measure milk and add to the bowl. Measure and add Chia seeds to the bowl. Mix milk and Chia seed well, until Chia is mixed into the milk. Then wait a few minutes for the Chia pudding to settle and mix again. Check to make sure there are no clumps and don’t refrigerate it until it is clump-free. Measure and add all the remaining ingredients. Divide Chia pudding between two mason jars. Place into the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 4 days.  Garnish with chocolate chips. Enjoy!
