Optional for Garnish/Toppings: Iceberg Lettuce (Shredded), sour cream Directions Prep the Vegetables by dicing them all into bite-size pieces or smaller. In a large skillet over medium-high heat; brown 1 Pound of Grass-Fed Ground Beef or ground turkey.
