Keto Cheesy Mexican Taco Skillet

INGREDIENTS 1 Pounds Ground Turkey, 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, 1 diced red bell pepper, 1 diced green bell pepper, 1 riced cauliflower or zucchini, 1 diced yellow onion, 1 cup cherry tomatoes or salsa, 1/2 ground Slim Jim, 1 Jalapeno pepper, 1 tbsp chili powder, 2 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp dried oregano, and 1/2 pink Himalayan salt. Optional for Garnish/Toppings: Iceberg Lettuce (Shredded), sour cream Directions Prep the Vegetables by dicing them all into bite-size pieces or smaller. In a large skillet over medium-high heat; brown 1 Pound of Grass-Fed Ground Beef or ground turkey. Add in ground Slim Jim to taste Brown, the meat, add in the Yellow onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and zucchini, then stir and cook for a few minutes.
