Tea Spiced Wings

|3 Oz||Chicken Wings|
|Earl Grey Spice Rub to taste|
|1/2 Cup||Coconut Milk|
|1/2 Cup||Red Cabbage|
|1/2 Cup||Spring Lettuce|
|Honey to taste|
|Blue Cheese dressing to taste|

The best part of this meal was the crispiness of the chicken and the flavoring of the tea spices. The spices added a distinct flavor! love!
- Let chicken wings marinate for 2 hours. Marinate: tomatoes, coconut, olive oil, honey, and cilantro.
- Place marinated chicken about 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Set oven to 375 and bake the chicken for 20-30 minutes.
- Place chicken on a bed of red cabbage and greens of your choice.
- Dip in blue cheese dressing.
