3 Oz | Chicken Wings |
Earl Grey Spice Rub to taste | |
1 Cup | Tomatoes |
1 Sprig | Cilantro |
1/2 Cup | Coconut Milk |
1/2 Cup | Red Cabbage |
1/2 Cup | Spring Lettuce |
Honey to taste | |
Blue Cheese dressing to taste |
Hi, Angels Working On Earth Family,
The best part of this meal was the crispiness of the chicken and the flavoring of the tea spices. The spices added a distinct flavor! love!
Preparation:
- Let chicken wings marinate for 2 hours. Marinate: tomatoes, coconut, olive oil, honey, and cilantro.
- Place marinated chicken about 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Set the oven to 375 and bake the chicken for 20-30 minutes.
- Place chicken on a bed of red cabbage and greens of your choice.
- Dip in blue cheese dressing.
