Venusian Aioli Sauce

Hello Angels Working on Earth Family!
I wanted to share with you a recipe I recently discovered in Wolfgang Puck’s “Make It Healthy” cookbook – “Low Fat Green Goddess Dressing.” With a few ingredient substitutions, I created my own version of this delicious sauce.
As you’re making it, keep in mind that the yogurt and lemon juice can make the dish a bit tangy, but don’t worry. The salt and avocado will help balance out the flavors. I’m thrilled with how my version turned out – it has a light and refreshing taste that pairs perfectly with seafood.
Venusian Aioli Sauce
| 1 1/4 Cups | Greek Yogurt |
| 1/2 Cup | Spinach |
| 2 Sprigs | Parsley |
| Lemon Juice to Taste | |
| 1/2 | Pitted Avocado |
| Garlic to taste | |
| Kosher Salt | |
| Pepper to Taste |
Directions
1. Create a healthy and delicious treat by blending together yogurt, spinach, parsley, and lemon juice.
2. Elevate the flavor and texture by adding fresh avocado, along with garlic, salt, and pepper to your liking.
3. With each pulse of the blender, you are one step closer to achieving the perfect consistency.
4. Finally, store this vibrant creation in a non-reactive container and refrigerate until it’s time to savor.
