Hi, Angels Working on Earth Family!

I hope your 2024 is going well so far. Usually, we all want to make some transformative change at the beginning of a new year. So, let’s keep it simple this year. Those who are familiar with me know I am an advocate for self-love! I advocated for self-love because I was loving in the wrong way. When you love the wrong way, sometimes you over give to people. You may place yourself on the back burner over time. Then, others get used to this habit. Therefore, you may focus more on their needs. They focus less on yours.
In 2023, I began taking itty bitty, transformative steps toward my desired life. I decided to prioritize myself first and to stop spreading myself too thin. As my focus shifted to the other person, I began to see and feel the imbalance. The more I gave, the more I became drained, and the more others took me for granted. So, I began to take more time out for myself and speak gently to myself. In the beginning, I felt guilty for taking time for myself. However, I knew feeling guilty for taking time for myself was odd. Once I processed my feelings, I gradually became inspired to start working out. Part of my wellness practice involves using what I’ve learned to influence other people’s behavior by being a positive example.
2024 is the year I will solidly focus on and complete the goals I began during COVID-19. Placing oneself first isn’t selfish because your gains are positive vibrations. I can feel it after a good workout or in my woman cave while in creative mode. This good feeling helps you become a better daughter, son, or friend. Why? As you practice self-love, those GOOD feelings project onto others more positively. Your GOOD vibrations rise.
I’m suggesting that we ALL improve our good vibrations. How? My first step was to change how I spoke and treated myself. So, I eat healthier, exercise, and consider my feelings when I make decisions. I also changed how I reacted to things, thus taking back my power. I learned to love myself by making my wellness a priority. So, I started going to the gym more often and upgrading my diet. The benefits of self-love are improved confidence and self-esteem. The better I feel and look, the more confident I am. High vibrations are the catalysts to pursuing your goals and helping you accomplish them. Remember, we must work on our confidence throughout our lives because we constantly grow to meet new challenges. With each new level, there are new devils.
My self-love techniques are creating DIYs, demonstrating fitness, cooking instruction with kids and adults, traveling, creating fashions, writing books, and wellness coaching. These are my loves right now. It’s the LOVE vibration that makes me happy. Love is the highest attainable vibration. High vibrations attract more of the same vibration. I create more positive vibes and avoid the negative.
In 2024, I hope you join me as I raise my vibration; soon, I will create a self-love program to help you raise your vibration, too. Right now, the plan is to show you DIYs, fitness training, and cooking instruction that have no restrictions but include healthy ways to add nutrition to your meals.
Lastly, one must realize that self-love isn’t a selfish love. It’s not about excluding people or not being giving. As you love yourself, it is how you treat and love others. It is ok to put yourself first and to invest in yourself! You are supposed to do that! If you don’t, you will teach others to put you last. One must love oneself to become one’s highest version! You can become your highest version if you are spiritually, physically, and emotionally healthy. That is living your best life!
