The research suggests, “ Don’t Diet.” Dieters go wrong when they drastically cut calories, hoping for quick weight loss.” “Your body goes onto starvation mode and slows the metabolism.” “The suggestion is to change the type of food you eat.” “Then, you may find that you can lose weight w/o intentionally cutting calories.” A very good meal. The mango hemp dressing gave it a kinda cheesy flavor. Light and healthy. I recommend giving this a try.

1 tablespoons flax seeds
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup nom daily milk or water
1 tablespoon raisins
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract(optional)
Nuts and Seeds
In a small bowl, stir in flaxseeds, raisins and cinnamon, until combined. Stir in oats, water or non dairy milk, and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or a minimum of 2 hours.
In the morning, stir the oat mixture to combine. If the oat have a runny consistency, add an additional 1 tablespoon flax seeds and place back into the frig to thicken up.
