Ingredients:

Gold potatoes, kale, unsweetened soy milk(water soy beans), cashews, red onions, onion powder, miso, rice koji, chickpeas, sea salt, koji spores, lemon, all-purpose seasoning, soy, onions, orange crystals, nutritional yeast, garlic, celery, dill, horseradish, lemon peel, mustard, orange peel, parsley, white pepper, turmeric, green and red bell pepper, rosehips, summer savory, mushroom, coriander, fenugreek, basil, marjoram, oregano, thyme, tarragon, cumin, ginger, cayenne, pepper, cloves, spinach, rosemary, cinnamon, paprika, tomato, nutritional yeast and crushed red pepper.

Research has shown that a vegan diet can have a positive impact on diabetes, possibly even reversing the condition. In one study, participants with diabetes who followed a low-fat, entirely plant-based diet experienced improvements in their condition or saw their condition completely reversed.

This dish has a taste reminiscent of potato salad, with the mayonnaise component created from excellent alternative ingredients.

I no longer struggle with cravings. At first, I longed for salt, vinegar, potato chips, and mac and cheese, as well as sugary treats, but now I satisfy those cravings with sugar-free fruit cups.

I’ve embraced the process wholeheartedly. I’m now curious about the ingredients in the dishes, savoring the flavors and focusing on the experience. I aim to understand the origins of the ingredients so I can create my own culinary masterpieces!
