Gold potatoes, kale, unsweetened soy milk(water soy beans), cashews, red onions, onion powder, miso, rice koji, chickpeas, sea salt, koji spores, lemon, all purpose seasoning, soy, onions, orange crystals, nutritional yeast, garlic, celery, dill, horseradish, lemon peel, mustard, orange peel, parsley, white pepper, turmeric, green and red bell pepper, rosehips, summer savory, mushroom, coriander, fenugreek, basil, marjoram, oregano, thyme, tarragon, cumin, ginger, cayenne, pepper, cloves, spinach, rosemary, cinnamon, paprika, tomato, nutritional yeast and crushed red pepper.

This dish tastes very much like potato salad. The ingredients which make up the mayonnaise component are an excellent alternative.
At this point, I don’t have any cravings. In the beginning, I craved salt and vinegar potato chips, and mac and cheese. I also had sugar cravings, so I snacked on sugar free fruit cups.

I no longer have ambivalence to the process. I’m curious about the ingredients in the dishes. I’m eating slower; focusing on tasting and feeling. I want to understand the entomology of the ingredients, so that I can make my own creations!
