Tofu, Sweet Potato, Broccoli, yellow onions, Tahini, sesame seeds, Ume plum vinegar, beefsteak leaf, Shiso, sea salt, shiitake mushrooms, garlic, and basil.

This dish should be baked 10 minutes at 350 F. Cover with foil. I didn’t bake it, btw. You”ll love this if you like tofu and sweet potatoes. You can’t see it, but the bottom layer is sweet potato.

A very interesting texture. The sweet potatoes fill you up! Give it a try!
