An excellent vegan dish! Love, love, love! Why? It has so many light flavors. Like the Sun! I suppose, I like this best because it isn’t contrived or heavy. Yes!! Simplicity! One can taste the purity in the flavor. It’s easy to eat and enjoy! This bowl was so light. The tahini sauce was very complimentary!

Vegetable stock, whole wheat couscous, Romaine lettuce, lemon juice, garbanzo beans, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onions, organic tahini sauce, lemon juice, garlic, miso, chili peppers, black pepper, and parsley.
