Today, I made a smoked salmon Philadelphia rolls, California rolls and my own special creation. The kit comes with rolling mat, sushi rice, powdered vinegar, sesame seeds, nori, and wasabi. The brand included easy to follow instructions for perfect sushi rice, so you’re all set to start creating some delicious sushi!

Sushi Recipe from Global Grub

1 PkgSushi Rice
1 PkgRice Vinegar Powder
1 pkg Nori
Sesame Seeds
Wasabi Powder
Water
Sugar
Salt
Sushi grade Salmon
1 PkgSmoked Salmon
1PkgCream Cheese
T TasteSpicy Mayo

Directions

To prepare sushi rice, first rinse it thoroughly and then put it in a rice cooker. Once the rice is done, transfer it to a bowl. To make the vinegar mixture, add rice vinegar powder to a saucepan and then add 2 tbsp of sugar, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/4 cup of water.

Cook over medium heat, stirring with a whisk, until the solids are dissolved, which should take about 2-3 minutes.

Pour the vinegar mixture onto the rice and mix well. Allow the rice to cool.

Finally, prepare your sushi filling.
