I must mention that this recipe is a vegetable-lover’s paradise, so one must be mindful of the water content. However, if I were to make one slight adjustment, I would definitely add more eggs to enhance the flavor and make it even more delicious.”

1Head Cauliflower
6Boiled Eggs
1/3 CupMayonnaise
1 CupDill Pickles
1/2 CupRed Onion
1 TbsDijon Mustards
1/4Scallions
1 CupCelery

Let’s make a delicious salad together. Follow these easy steps:

1. Steam the cauliflower until it is tender-crisp, which should take around 5 minutes. Once it’s done, transfer it to a large bowl and let it cool down slightly.

2. Add some yummy ingredients, like mayonnaise, yogurt, pickles, onion, mustard, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix everything together well.

3. Toss the ingredients together until the cauliflower is evenly coated. Give it a taste and adjust the seasoning as needed. Then, fold in 1/3 cup each of scallions and dill. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and pop it in the fridge for 2 hours.

4. When you’re ready to serve the salad, sprinkle some paprika and the remaining herbs over the top of the mixture.

5. Plate the salad and voila! You’ve made a delicious and healthy dish that’s perfect for sharing with friends and family. Enjoy!
