This was yummy. I’m into this now. Whether this way of eating is something I continue after the 21 days, remains to be seen. I don’t like being restricted! I most certainly will use the knowledge gained and experience to guide others on their Vegan journey.
Tip for the day. Sample lunches:
Minestrone, vegetable, lentil, tomato or split pea soup, chic pea – tomato salad, cucumber salad, quick black bean chili, sandwich with vegan bologna or vegan ham, hummus and Sun-Dried tomato wrap, portobello fajitas, steamed vegetables with tofu, and brown rice bowl.
