Hello, Angels Working on Earth Family!

I’m encountering some challenges with my new diet. It’s day three, and I found myself having yesterday’s dinner for lunch. But last night, I hit a wall and felt very nauseous and weak. I’ve read that my body is adjusting to the new diet. I’ve learned that everyone’s experience with this diet is different.

The advice is to start slowly and gradually transition to a vegan diet. Here are some tips: 1. Educate yourself, 2. Replace animal products with delicious plant-based foods, 3. Look for vegan recipes for inspiration, 4. Start with the basics, and 5. Take it one day at a time. Remembering to get enough B12 and calcium as the diet is plant-based is essential. It’s also crucial to keep researching.

I’ve decided to take it one step at a time and focus on eating more fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Today, I had a small bowl of mac and cheese, which wasn’t vegan but helped me regain my strength.

I’d love to hear from others about their experiences with this. Please share your stories and opinions, whether they were successes or not.

LOVE!
