My HIIT Class Experience at Lifetime Fitness

Hi, Angels Working on Earth Family!

Today, I had an intense High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class. We did a lot of stepping, lunging, squatting, and core exercises in about 45 minutes. It was challenging and really got my heart pumping.

It wasn’t a relaxed workout, but it was definitely fun and energizing! I feel like it’s helping me improve my cardiovascular health, burn calories, and build strength.

The strength I’ve gained is boosting my confidence, and I’m even starting to create my own workouts. You can make the routine even more challenging by adding weights or resistance bands.
