Hello, Angels Working on Family!

While at the Burke Farmers Market, I strolled by the Kingston Cafe Dish Stand and was immediately drawn to their delightful offerings. Chef Lenny was busy behind the scenes, preparing his amazing cuisine, including a variety of dishes like oxtail, which happens to be one of my favorites. I’ve even tried making it a couple of times on Angel’s Kitchen, my YouTube channel.

Chef Lenny’s offerings were absolutely delicious. The meat was incredibly tender and came off the bone in a savory and flavorsome way. I particularly loved the cabbage, chickpeas/veggies, and plantains – all of it flavored well with a mix of spices just leaving me wanting more.

Chef Lenny’s passion for cooking and his warm nature made the whole experience even more delightful. You can always find them at the Burke Farmers Market every Saturday from 8 am to 12 pm.
