Hi Angel’s Working on Earth Family!

The third course, Bourbon Butter Cake, was the highlight of the meal. What particularly stood out to me was the presentation. It was artfully plated, with a silky Crème Anglaise pooling at the base. A warm and inviting bourbon caramel sauce enhanced each delightful bite, celebrating the flavors in perfect harmony. A winner!
