Have you ever tried Birria tacos before? I recently discovered this amazing restaurant called “Chill on Top” that serves delicious Birria Tacos. The restaurant is located in a small shopping mall and has become one of my favorite places to eat. My personal favorite is the Birria Queso Tacos, which are crispy, filled with melted cheese, and topped with onion and cilantro. You also get a side of Verde sauce and dipping soup, which is an added bonus.

It was raining when I visited the restaurant, which worked out perfectly because it wasn’t too busy. I made sure to practice social distancing and chose to sit at the front window. I felt safe and comfortable since I was the only person in that area.

I ordered the beef Birria trio, and it was amazing. The beef was tender and had a lot of flavors. The combination of cheese, beef, onion, cilantro, and crispy taco shell was out of this world.

The restaurant has been in its current location for two years, and the staff did an excellent job of interacting with customers. The service was fast and efficient. Would I go there again? Definitely! The quality of the food is top-notch, and I highly recommend it.
