When I cooked the pizza using the Breville pizza maker, I found it to be a simple process. I’ve shared the recipe below, but feel free to adjust the time and temperature to your liking. Margherita Pizza Recipe
| 1 Container | Williams Sonoma Pizza Mix |
| 1/2 Cup | Pizza Sauce |
| 1 1/2 teaspoons | Kosher Salt |
| 2 Oz | Fresh torn Mozzarella Cheese |
| 5 | Basil Leaves |
| To Taste | Kosher Salt |
| To Taste | Olive Oil |
Directions
Once you’ve got the pizza dough all set, spread the sauce evenly over it, taking it all the way to the edges. Next, halve six tomatoes and place them cut side up over the sauce. Pop the pizza in the oven without any cheese.
After slicing, add some fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle some basil leaves, salt, and pepper, and finish it off with a drizzle of olive oil. Enjoy your delicious pizza!
