
Hello Angels Working on Earth Family!
Happy Fourth of July! I kicked off the day with a gym session before diving into all the tasty 4th of July treats. I hope everyone is having a wonderful and enjoyable day! My workout today included lunges, squats, burpees, and pressing, and I felt super motivated. I’m making progress towards my goal of a lean and strong body. I love my physique! I know I can improve on certain aspects of my form. Next, is to focus on arms, legs and glutes.
I’m also focusing on a healthy diet, incorporating lots of veggies, healthy fats, and lean protein like salmon, and chicken. My favorite veggies and fruit of the week are asparagus, kale, bananas and mangos.
I learned that chickpeas are Pro estrogen, so if you need a little estrogen replenished check with your doctor and give it try. Then, the old standby, yogurt with fruit.
