Get ready to learn how to prepare a delicious healthy seafood feast. This is a live and interactive online cooking class. You will learn how to prepare a delicious yet heart-healthy menu showcasing perfectly cooked salmon and shrimp. The Chef will begin by teaching you how to build an arugula salad dressed with a homemade vinaigrette. Then, you will learn how to prepare lemon dill salmon garnished with a savory cream sauce, and shrimp in a buttery white wine sauce.
