- 5 Cups milk
- 1/2 Cup of Yogurt
- 1 ½ Cups Chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 6 Tbsp pure maple syrup or honey,
- 1-2 Cups frozen mango
- Mix together milk, Chia seeds, yogurt, vanilla extract and honey or maple syrup. Mix in Chia seeds well. Let stand for 10 minutes and stir to combine the Chia seeds. Then, let stand for another 10 minutes.
- In a food processor, blend together mango and 2 tablespoons of honey.
- In individual cups, layer Chia seed pudding and top with mango puree.
- Garnish with mint.
