The research says my body is adjusting to the diet. Everyone is different. The suggestion is to start slow, and to gradually introduce the vegan diet. Advice: 1. Educate yourself, 2. Crowd out animal products with tons of delicious filling plant based foods. 3. Find recipes for inspiration(vegan). 4. Start with the basics and 5. Take it one day at a time.
