INGREDIENTS 1 1/4 cups on Greek yogurt, 1/2 cup packed spinach leaves, 2 sprigs of parsley, lemon juice to taste, 1/2 pitted avocado, garlic to taste, 1 pinch Kosher salt and pepper to taste. DIRECTIONS Combine the yogurt, spinach, parsley, and lemon juice into the blender. Add fresh Avocado. Add the garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Blend pulsing the the machine on and off. Blend until you have the desired consistency. Transfer to a non reactive container, and refrigerate until ready to use. PRO TIPS I found this sauce in Wolfgang Puck’s ” Make It Healthy” cookbook. He calls it “Low Fat Green Goddess Dressing.” I did not add all of his ingredients because I wanted to create my own unique version.This dish can be a little tart because of the yogurt and lemon juice. Make sure to taste as you go. The salt and avocado will all balance to the tartness. Overall, I love my version. It’s very light and clean tasting. This sauce works well with seafood. Lemon Salmon With Parmesan Noodles Ingredients: Salmon olive oil, broccoli, lemon, tea rub, pasta, cream, parmesan, and butter. Preparation: Add olive oil to taste, and let the oil heat to medium temperature. Coat salmon with tea rub. Place salmon in pan and sear each side for about 3 minutes or until cooked. Steam a cup of broccoli to taste. Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Once done, put the pasta into a pan—set temperature on low heat. Add 1/4 cup cream, 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, and favorite seasonings to taste. Then, stir till combined. Squeeze lemon juice on salmon to taste. Plate pasta and broccoli. Top with salmon. Garnish with lemon. Enjoy!

Let the mixture stand until the yeast comes alive and starts to foam, about 5 to 10 minutes. Add the salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a bowl. Add the flour, a little at a time, mixing until all the flour is mixed. Knead the dough until it starts to come together. Get a feel for the dough by squeezing a small amount together: if it’s crumbly, add more water; if it’s sticky, add more flour – 1 tablespoon at a time. Tea Spiced Wings Ingredients: Chicken wings, Earl Grey tea rub, tomatoes, cilantro, coconut, and honey. Red cabbage, and Preparation: Let chicken wings marinate for 2 hours. Marinate: tomatoes, coconut, olive oil, honey, and cilantro. Place marinated chicken about 1 inch apart on the baking sheet. Set oven to 375 and bake the chicken for 20-30 minutes. Place chicken on a bed of red cabbage and greens of your choice. Dip in blue cheese dressing. Enjoy!
Ingredients I Cup of Milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 ripe banana, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and add chocolate chips to taste. Directions Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl. Then, measure milk and add to the bowl. Measure and add Chia seeds to the bowl. Mix milk and Chia seed well, until Chia is mixed into the milk. Then wait a few minutes for the Chia pudding to settle and mix again. Check to make sure there are no clumps and don’t refrigerate it until it is clump-free. Measure and add all the remaining ingredients. Divide Chia pudding between two mason jars. Place into the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 4 days. Garnish with chocolate chips. Enjoy!
