Tea is best any time of the year. My resolution for 2023 is to live my best healthy life now! It is about prevention and strengthening my immune system. How do I accomplish this? I started by eliminating stress from my mind, body, and spirit.
How do you avoid temptation? It would help if you found a satisfying and healthy choice. Let me suggest an antioxidant-rich and detoxifying drink to add to your routine to help you get on track. Tea anyone?
I love tea because it can be relaxing, stimulating, detoxifying, and as a result, make you more beautiful. How? Tea can hydrate your skin by starting from within. Tea can also lend to peace of mind. Green tea is known to bring about Zen. Have you ever heard of “The Way of Tea?” Many cultures use tea as a part of ceremonies and meditation. It tastes good and allows you to have a few minutes of zen, and time for yourself. It strips away the stress of the moment and strengthens the immune system.
There are many types of tea. I prefer herbal and fruity teas. For those who appreciate variety, consider black teas, white teas, green tea, or rooibos. The mineral in tea fight against free radicals, pollutants, and other antiaging factors.
For new tea drinkers, I encourage you to taste test. Bring out your favorite mug! Experiment with tea the tea blends I mentioned. Try heated water infused with root extracts, dried fruit, and flower petals. A simple mixture of green tea, cucumber, mint, and blueberries offers a crisp and refreshing flavor.
