Ingredients

  • 1 Tsp, vanilla extract, 2 Tbsps. ground flaxseed, 1 Cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 Tbsps. cashew butter, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/4 cinnamon, 1/4 tsp nutmeg, and 1/4 tsp cardamom.

Directions

  1. Prep all ingredients.
  2. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
