- Ground Turkey, kosher salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, bread crumbs, scallions and parmesan.
- Mix 1 package ground turkey at desired fat ratio with ingredients to taste.
- Measurements aren’t necessary today. Focus on the flavor.
Remember fat gives flavor and touch gives texture. The fat ratio in turkey is the key to juicy meatballs. If your fat ratio is low then add some olive oil and spices.
