Baked Feta Cheese, Cherry Tomatoes & Zucchini
- 1 Block Feta Cheese, Olive oil to taste, 1 Package Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic, spices and 1 Package Birdseye Zucchini. Extra, Rigatoni
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add olive oil to taste to baking dish.
- Arrange a layer of zucchini slices on the bottom of the baking dish, followed with a layer of the tomato mixture.
- Place a block feta cheese in the center, and garnish with your favorite herbs.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
