Steady as she goes guys. So glad that I hung in there! Now, this is an authentic pasta salad. The best meal ever. And it isn’t because I’m hungry! What do I mean by that? The taste resembles a non vegan dish. I know I have a lot to learn. Love learning. The key to appetite control:

1. Take advantage of fiber. Roughage, like veggies, beans, fruits, and whole grains. Fiber tricks your stomach into thinking you have eaten quite a lot.
2. Skip fatty foods. Most fatty foods don’t fill you up and therefore don’t trick your brain into feeling full.
That sounds good. I’m planning to put that into action this week. I did add fresh avocados to the dish, just because it like them.
Guys, my motto is to take baby steps; I’m acting as a guide. Just pointing out tidbits along the way.
