Mash Potatoes Pancakes

The Preparation

Ingredients:
Mash Potatoes, 1/4 cup bacon, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, 2-3 eggs, 1/4 cup wheat flour, green onions, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Directions:
Combine mixture into a bowl. Put 1 tsp of olive oil into a skillet. Then, form mixture into a patty and pan fry on each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown. This dish is very filling and good for cold mornings when you just want some good old comfort food. Cheers
